How is the size of a Custom Shape Pillow calculated?

The size is based on the longest side of your design. For example, if you choose 15.74 in., the widest or tallest point of your custom shape will be exactly that length.

Does the pillow look exactly like my logo silhouette?

Yes, we professionally contour-cut the fabric to follow the specific outline of your uploaded image, creating a true-to-form 3D version of your design.

Does the Custom Shape Pillow have a zipper?

No, custom shape pillows are typically sewn shut (closed seam) to maintain the integrity and crispness of your unique silhouette.

Will the shape become distorted after hugging or squeezing?

The high-resiliency PP cotton is designed to bounce back. If it looks a bit flat after use, simply "fluff" or knead the pillow to redistribute the filling.

Is the back of the pillow just a solid colour?

By default, we print on both sides. You can choose to mirror the front image, use a different design, or select a solid colour for the back.

Is Crystal Velvet a good choice for custom shapes?

Yes, Crystal Velvet has a high-luster finish that makes the colours pop, which is especially effective for making unique shapes stand out in a room.

Does the pillow arrive flat?

Pillows are often vacuum-sealed for efficiency. Once opened, they will regain their full shape within 24 hours. You can speed this up by firmly kneading the pillow.
