Can I use these flasks and mugs for hot beverages like coffee or tea?

While our stainless steel and titanium products are highly durable, we recommend using them primarily for cold or room-temperature liquids. Our non-insulated flasks are designed for spirits, and high heat can make the metal exterior uncomfortable to hold. For hot drinks, our Insulated Beer Mug is your best bet for maintaining temperature.

How do I properly clean my flask, especially the leather-wrapped ones?

For the interior, rinse with warm water and a drop of mild dish soap. For a deep clean, use a mix of water and white vinegar or lemon juice. For Leatherette Wrapped flasks, simply wipe the exterior with a damp cloth; do not submerge the leather portion in water or put it in the dishwasher.

Are the acrylic and PET products dishwasher safe?

To maintain the crystal-clear clarity of the Acrylic Beer Mugs and PET Beer Cans, we recommend hand washing. High-temperature dishwasher cycles and harsh detergents can cause "crazing" (tiny cracks) or clouding over time.

Will the metal flasks leave a metallic taste in my premium spirits?

Not at all. We use 304 Food-Grade Stainless Steel and High-Strength Titanium, which are non-reactive materials. This ensures your whiskey, vodka, or gin tastes exactly as the distiller intended.

How long can I safely leave liquid inside a hip flask?

For the best flavor, we recommend not leaving spirits in a flask for longer than 3 to 4 days. If you aren't planning on using it for a while, empty the flask, rinse it thoroughly, and let it air dry completely with the cap off.

Can I take these flasks through airport security?

Your flask is perfectly fine to travel with as long as it is empty when passing through security checkpoints. Once you are past security, you can fill it up! (Just be sure to check local regulations regarding open containers in the terminal).

Is the Bracelet Flask adjustable for different wrist sizes?

The Bracelet Flask is designed as a "one-size-fits-most" statement piece with a 4.6-inch outer diameter. It is designed to slide over the hand and sit loosely on the wrist, much like a traditional large bangle or cuff.

Do the mugs "sweat" on hot days?

Our standard acrylic and single-wall metal mugs may experience some condensation (sweating) in humid conditions. However, the Insulated Beer Mug features double-wall technology that minimizes exterior moisture, keeping your hands dry and your drink cold.

Are the resin Viking and Wood Grain mugs safe to drink from?

Absolutely. While the exterior is crafted for a rugged, artistic look using high-quality resin, the interior is finished with a food-safe coating or stainless steel liner (depending on the specific model) to ensure it is 100% safe for consumption.

Can I use these products for carbonated drinks like soda or sparkling water?

For the mugs and PET cans, carbonation is no problem! However, we recommend avoiding carbonated drinks in the Classic Hip Flasks. The pressure from the CO2 can build up in the airtight seal, potentially causing leaks or a "spray" when you open the cap.
